The Office Bearers provide strategic leadership, coordinate the Task Force's activities and ensure effective governance and communication throughout the planning process.
Six standing committees
Each committee elects its own chairperson and secretary, operates within an approved Terms of Reference and budget, and reports to the Task Force at every meeting.

The Task Force is a temporary organising body convened to deliver the Awards — not a new professional society. Participation remains open to engineering professionals and stakeholders committed to the success of the initiative.
